• Extended processing times are to be expected. Processing times are dependent on the influx of orders we receive and they will be updated as they change throughout the sale. Business days are considered Monday-Friday and does not include holidays or weekends. • ALL ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO 11/24/2021 AT 5:59PM CST ARE SUBJECT TO A 1-4 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME FOR NON DTF ORDRS AND A 5-7 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME.
• ALL ORDERS PLACED ON 11/24/2021 AFTER 6PM CST ARE SUBJECT TO AN EXTENDED PROCESSING TIME OF UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR NON DTF ORDERS AND UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DTF ORDERS.

• Offers can not be combined with any other promotions or discounts. 

• Some exclusions apply. Feel free to reach out to us at info@csdsvinyl.com for any questions you may have.

• We can not combine orders. We can not cancel any orders. Once an order is placed, it will be processed in the order that our orders are received. Once an order is placed, changes can not be made.

• Due to the extreme discounts we are offering on our entire website, free shipping will not be an option for the duration of the sale. Shipping options will be given at checkout.

• Discounts will automatically apply when shopping the website. Due to the influx of traffic on our website, you may experience some lag in the discounts applying. Please exercise patience and ensure your discounts apply prior to entering your payment information. 

• If you are shopping in store, there may be limits on certain items to allow for all of our shoppers to be able to take advantage of the sale. All items offered in store are only offered while supplies last. Limits will be posted in store. There will be no limits imposed for our online shoppers.

• CSDS Vinyl will be closed on Thanksgiving day and all NON RETAIL operations will remain closed on Black Friday. These 2 days will not be counted towards our business days.

This event is both in store and online. Online   

• We do have a local pickup option for those customers who are local to our stores but choose to order online. If you choose to pickup your order at one of our retail locations, please be aware that our processing times are not included in the transit time to our stores. Store deliveries are made 1 time per week on designated days depending on the location. Your order will arrive to the location of your choice according to the delivery schedule below AFTER your order has finished processing. If your order finishes processing the same day of our delivery, there is a chance your order will not make that day's delivery truck and will be sent the following week.

         Our Conroe location delivery day is Tuesday by 6pm cst
         Our Tomball location delivery day is Wednesday by 6pm cst. 
         Our Katy location delivery day is Thursday by 6pm cst.                                         Our San Antonio location delivery day is Monday by 6pm cst.

 

Once your order has arrived at the retail location of your choice, you will be notified via email that your order is ready for pickup.
