Acrylic Blanks & Keychains

Acrylic blanks can be used for so unlimited crafting projects such as key chains, earrings and other jewelry, luggage tags, badge reels and so much more!

This specific product comes with 2 separate blanks!! CSDS Vinyl Acrylic Blanks are made of 1/8″ thick precision laser cut acrylic. Each blank comes masked with brown paper to protect the acrylic during cutting and shipping. When ready to decorate, simply pull off the paper and add your vinyl!

HOW TO ORDER
1. Select desired size.
2. Select whether you would like a hardware hole included with your acrylic. (This option is not available for the 5/8" size; 5/8" acrylic will NOT come with a hole.)
3. Choose your quantity. ** THE MORE YOU BUY, THE MORE YOU SAVE!!! **

When you purchase 5 of the same blanks, you save 10%
When you purchase 10 of the same blanks, you save 20%

CUT FILE
A complimentary cut file (.studio and .svg) for each keychain comes with your purchase and will be emailed to you at the time of purchase and stored in your order history. These cut files are basic and generally only include the outline of the shape so feel free to add your own flare! HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND SIZE THE CUT FILE

SILHOUETTE USERS:

Download file (this will be a .zip file and you will need to unzip the file prior to use)
Open Silhouette design program
Click on "FILE" at the top left and navigate to "OPEN"
Locate your saved file and select it
When your file opens, use your mouse to select the object
Within your tool bar at the top, you will find a re-sizing section with a "lock" image.
Click on the "lock" image so it appears as if it is closed. This will "lock" your size ration meaning that if you size one side of your object, the other side will size automatically keeping within the ratio.
Decipher which side is the longest and type your desired size into that box (length or width) and hit your enter key on your keyboard.
Your file will automatically size to your desired size.

***Cut files are accurate within a 0.01 inch clearance.

CRICUT USERS:

Download the file. (This will be a .zip file and you will need to unzip the file prior to use.)
Open Cricut Design Space.
Click on "New Projects" then navigate to "upload" image on the tool bar located to the left of the screen.
Locate your saved file and select it.
When your file opens, use your mouse to select the HTML option. (Ensure you are NOT selecting the Silhouette file.)
Within your tool bar located at the top of your screen, you will find a re-sizing section with a "lock" image.
Confirm that this "lock" image appears as if it is closed (or locked). This ensures your length to width ratio remains in sync with one another.
Decipher which side is the longest (length or width) and type the size of the acrylic that you purchased into said box.
Navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click "Make It".
Your file will automatically size to your desired size.
