PROCESSING TIMES

At this time, CSDS Vinyl is operating on extremely limited staff as a result of COVID-19. For that reason, our processing times can change at any time. Influx of orders and availability of staff determine our current processing times. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At this time, CSDS Vinyl ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

At the moment, we ship via USPS and UPS. At checkout, you will be given up to 5 shipping options.

1. Free shipping on all orders over $99 (calculated prior to tax and after all applicable discounts). Shipping class used at the discretion of CSDS Vinyl.**

2. Flat rate shipping based on order subtotal*

$9.99 - Priority Shipping via USPS for order subtotals of $0.01-$24.99
$11.99 - Priority Shipping via USPS for order subtotals of $25.00-$49.99
$13.99 - Priority Shipping via USPS for order subtotals of $50.00-$98.99
$14.95 - Ground Shipping via UPS for order subtotals of $0.01-$24.99
$16.95 - Ground Shipping via UPS for order subtotals of $25.00-$69.99
$18.95 - Ground Shipping via UPS for order subtotals of $70.00-$99.99

3. Local Delivery/In Store Pickup – this option is designed for those who would like to order online and pick up in store at a later time. When selecting STORE PICKUP for any of our pickup locations, please be aware that ALL online orders are fulfilled at our warehouse facility and once completed, sent out to the location of your choice. All of our retail locations serve as a local pickup location and those options are shown to Texas residents on the checkout page. Local Delivery to our retail locations is FREE of charge on all order subtotals of $10 or more. Orders with subtotals under $10 are subject to a $2.99 fee.

ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 90 DAYS BECOME PROPERTY OF CSDS VINYL AND WILL BE PLACED BACK ON THE SHELF FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR THIS MERCHANDISE.

4. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military bases and other residents not residing in the continental United States - Flat Rate Shipping of $15.95 on all orders. Shipping class used at the discretion of CSDS Vinyl.

***Please note that once your package arrives at the post office, it becomes the post office’s responsibility. Their delivery times are completely out of our hands. We will do our best to assist those looking for their package’s whereabouts, but we are not responsible for it once it leaves our possession at the post office.

We now offer Route Insurance! Options are available at checkout. The cost to you is $0.98 for all orders under $100 or 1% of your order subtotal for orders over $100. You are not required to purchase this insurance. It is an option. However, should you uncheck this option for any reason, CSDS Vinyl will not be able to offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen or damaged items.

This listing guarantees your order will skip ahead in front of all other orders, and be pulled, packed and shipped by the next business day* of placing your order. In the event an order is held due to artwork issues or missing order information, the customer is responsible for providing updated information prior to 10am cst for same day rush shipping.

*Saturday, Sunday, postal and national holidays do not count as a business day. Additionally, company closures do not count as business days.

This does NOT include shipping time. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 1-3 additional business days (estimate), barring weekends and holidays, and is greatly dependent on the shipping service you choose at checkout.

The Rush My Order option is valid on orders picked up from our warehouse location in Cypress TX. The Rush My Order option is not valid on orders for local pickup at our retail store locations. Our retail store locations are defined as our stores in Tomball TX, Katy TX, Conroe TX, and College Station TX. If your order contains this Rush My Order product and your have chosen the Rush My Order option, this option will be refunded and your order will be processed under our normal processing times.

There shall be NO returns or refunds on rush orders. Keep in mind, we can not control shipping times, weather, postal delays etc. We can only control when it leaves our facilities.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact via email at info@csdsvinyl.com must be made within 5 days in order to rectify the situation. Emails regarding defective, damaged, missing or wrong items sent after 5 days of receiving any order will be not be accepted.
