CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES

OUR CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES ARE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.*

 All orders are processed in the order they are received, however some orders will ship sooner than others depending on the contents of the order.

  • Regular vinyl such as Oracal, Siser and CSDS Vinyl are currently shipping in approximately 2-3 business days.
  • Printed vinyl and garment transfers are currently shipping in approximately 2-3 business days. 
  • Wood and acrylic blanks are currently shipping in approximately 5-7 business days.
  • Screen print transfers are currently shipping in approximately 2-4 business days.

*This stated time frame DOES NOT apply to custom screen print orders or screen print pre-orders. Please refer to the stated TAT for those items in the following places:

The above timeline is an estimate, but please know that our team values your order as if it were their own and are working very hard to process orders as fast as humanely possible.

Business days are considered Monday-Friday and are not included in shipping times. 

LOCAL PICKUP AT OUR RETAIL LOCATIONS

If you choose to pickup your order at one of our retail locations, please be aware that our processing times are not included in the transit time to our stores. Store deliveries are made 1 time per week on designated days depending on the location. Your order will arrive to the location of your choice according to the delivery schedule below AFTER your order has finished processing. If your order finishes processing the same day of our delivery, there is a chance your order will not make that day's delivery truck and will be sent the following week.

  • Our Conroe location delivery day is Tuesday by 6pm cst,
  • Our College Station location delivery day is Friday by 6pm cst.
  • Our Tomball location delivery day is Wednesday by 6pm cst.
  • Our Katy location delivery day is Thursday by 6pm cst. 

Once your order has arrived at the retail location of your choice, you will be notified via email that your order is ready for pickup.

Our WAREHOUSE location is subject to the same processing times posted above. Orders are ready for pickup at our warehouse location as soon as they are finished processing and you will be notified via email that your order is ready for pickup. 

ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 90 DAYS BECOME PROPERTY OF CSDS VINYL AND WILL BE PLACED BACK ON THE SHELF FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR THIS MERCHANDISE.
