CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed in the order they are received however, some orders will ship sooner than others depending on the contents of the order. Our normal TAT is as follows:
- Regular vinyl such as Oracal, Siser and CSDS Vinyl are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
- Printed vinyl and sublimation transfers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
- Stickers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
- Wood and acrylic blanks are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
- Screen print transfers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business day
- DTF transfers are currently shipping in approximately 1 business days
ALL OF THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED TO SHIP SAME DAY IF ORDER IS PLACED PRIOR TO 9AM CST.

- UV DTF custom gang sheets are currently shipping in approximately 4-6 business days.
*This stated time frame DOES NOT apply to custom screen print orders or screen print pre-orders. Please refer to the stated TAT for those items in the following places:
Screen print pre-orders: TAT is 7-10 business days as stated on each listing.
Custom DTF transfer orders: TAT is 1 business day from the date of artwork approval as stated on each listing.
The above timeline is an estimate, but please know that our team values your order as if it were their own and are working very hard to process orders as fast as humanely possible.
Business days are considered Monday-Friday and are not included in shipping times. Nationally and locally recognized holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email that your order is ready for pickup.
ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 90 DAYS BECOME PROPERTY OF CSDS VINYL AND WILL BE PLACED BACK ON THE SHELF FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR THIS MERCHANDISE.
