UV DTF Decals are the NEWEST product to CSDS Vinyl and we are so excited about it! By offering DTF transfers to our customers, we are hoping to open a whole new world of high quality, amazing images that compliment our already vast inventory of DTF transfers, screen print transfers. heat transfer vinyl, adhesive vinyl, printed vinyl, sublimation transfers, glitter, blanks and so much more! Easy, Fast & Simple!

UV DTF decals/wraps have become immensely popular in our crafting community thanks to the easy and fast application each wrap has to offer! Welcome to an hard substrate decorating technique that requires no heat, no epoxy, no designing, and very little time to your finished product!

What is a UV DTF Transfer?

UV DTF decals a new printing method that uses ultraviolet curing technology to create designs on films. These designs can then be transferred onto hard and irregular-shaped objects by pressing down with fingers and then peeling off the film.  This allows the end user the flexibility of when the transfer is applied and what the transfer is applied to. UV DTF transfers can be made in single color or full color images. UV DTF transfers from CSDS Vinyl can be applied to any hard substrates such as glass, plastic, metal, and similar. 

Application Instructions

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any UV DTF transfers that are applied incorrectly or damaged during the application process. While we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure the highest quality products, we cannot be held liable for any mishaps that may occur during the application.

1. Clean your substrate with alcohol and ensure that it is completely dry and dust free.

2. Squeegee the front and back of your UV DTF transfer with a felt lined squeegee.

3. Peel the backing off of the transfer. It is recommended to peel the backing from the transfer and not the transfer from the backing. 

4. Align the design with your substrate, ensuring it is positioned correctly prior to placing it on the substrate. Once any part of the transfer touches your substrate you will not be able to reposition the transfer.

5. Press transfer onto your substrate working from the center out. Using a felt lined squeegee can help reduce bubbles but this can also be done with your fingers. The more you use your squeegee or fingers to press out the bubbles, the better your transfer will look.

6. Once your transfer has been fully applied to your substrate and you have pressed/squeegeed throughout the transfer to minimize or eliminate any bubbles, SLOWLY peel the top transfer film away from your substrate, If any part of your transfer starts to peel up from your substrate, simply lay the transfer film back down and rub/press/squeegee again in that area before removing the film again. TIP: Peel the film away from the substrate as close as possible to the substrate itself. 

7. Allow your finished project cure for a minimum of 24 hours prior to using or washing.

This type of transfer will require practice to become comfortable and successful with the application process. If you are new to UV DTF transfers, we highly recommend purchasing extra transfers and to ensure you have this process down prior to offering these for sale to your customers. 

Care Instructions

Our prints are vibrant and can be applied to glass, plastic, wood, metal and most hard surfaces. Once applied, they provide an embossed effect that is permanent and waterproof.

After allowing your UV DTF transfer to cure on your substrate for a minimum of 24 hours, you may use and wash your substrate in warm soapy water. UV DTF transfers are not dishwasher safe. Introduction to extreme elements such as very cold or hot environments can cause a breakdown in the quality of your transfer and finished product. We suggest keeping your transfers and finished products in a 45-85 degree environments to ensure complete quality.
